1. The service

Gandurr provides dashboards, reporting, and AI-assisted analysis of advertising performance data from third-party advertising platforms that you connect (the "Service"). The Service is currently offered in early preview and may change without notice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be authorized to connect any advertising account you link to the Service.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to the advertising data you connect to the Service. You grant us a limited license to access, store, and process that data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a platform or request deletion of your data at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights, including the terms of the advertising platforms you connect.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users or organizations.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service depends on third-party APIs (such as the Google Ads API and the Meta Marketing API). We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by those platforms. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms.

6. AI-generated content

The Service includes AI-generated summaries and insights based on your advertising data. AI output may contain errors and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not financial or professional advice; verify important figures against your advertising platform before making decisions.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gandurr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the Service, with notice where practicable.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
